Mohammad Azharuddin and Sunil Gavaskar's terrific match winning partnership against Pakistan in the Benson and Hedges World Championship of Cricket 1985 league match at the Melbourne.
Though India were chasing a modest 184, they were rocked early and the chase become stiff after 3 quick blows by Imaran Khan.
Sunil Gavaskar and Mohammad Azharuddin then came together and steadied the ship which helped India ease the pressure and gain the upper hand.
With victory well within sight, Gavaskar fell for a gritty 54 but not before the duo added 132 runs for the 4th wicket which sealed the game in India's favour.
Young Azharuddin went on to see India home with a courageous 87 not out which is one Azharuddin best innings vs Pakistan and earned him the Man of the Match award.
