Sri Lanka scored 136 for all-out in 29.2 overs with top scorer by Dimuth Karunaratne cracked a unbeaten 52 off 84-balls including 4-fours, Kusal Perera struck 29 off 24-balls included four-fours and Thisara Perera 27.

New Zealand best bowler by Lockie Ferguson picked up 3-wickets for 22-runs in 6.2 overs, Matt Henry 3-29, Mitchell Santner, James Neesham, Colin de Grandhomme and Trent Boult each took one wickets.

New Zealand chased 137-0 in 16.1 overs with top scorer by Martin Guptill blasted a unbeaten 73 off 51-balls including 8-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 143.31 and Colin Munro cracked a unbeaten a 58 off 47-deliveries included 6-fours and a six.
