Mark Adair's four-for before Andy Balbirnie's brilliant hundred and Paul Stirling's half-century leads to Ireland convincing four-wicket victory over Zimbabwe, despite a Craig Ervine's classy century in the first ODI.
Zimbabwe scored 254-9 in 50-overs with top scorer by Craig Ervine 105, which was his 3rd ODI hundred, Ryan Burl scored 49-runs not out, Sean Williams 28, Peter Moor 17 and Hamilton Masakadza 15.
Ireland best bowler by Mark Adair 4-73, Debutant Shane Getkate - who took 2-wickets for 33-runs on his debut ODI match, Paul Stirling, Andy McBrine and Tim Murtagh each took one wickets.
Ireland chased 258-6 in 48.3 overs with top scorer by Andy Balbirnie 101, which was his 5th ODI century, Paul Stirling score 57, Lorcan Tucker 23, James McCollum 21 and Mark Adair 21 not out.
Zimbabwe best bowler by Tendai Chatara took 3-wickets for 36-runs from his 9-overs and Kyle Jarvis picked up two wickets for 46-runs.
Andy Balbirnie's hundred helped to Ireland's 4-wicket victory and lead the 3-match series with 1-0.
