Rohit Sharma became the first Indian player to played 100 matches in T20 international cricket history and the second cricketer in T20Is after Shoaib Malik's (111). 118 : Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan set up the record first-wicket partnership for India against Bangladesh in T20 international, previously held by the 70-run stand between same pair at Colambo (RPS) in 2018 and India's sixth highest opening stand in T20Is.

Bangladesh scored 153-6 in 20 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Naim 36, Soumya Sarkar 30, Mahmudullah 30 and Liton Das 29.

India best bowler by Yuzvendra Chahal takes 2-wickets, Deepak Chahar, Washington Sundar and Khaleel Ahmed each took one-wickets.

India chased 154-2 in 15.4 overs with top scorer by Rohit Sharma - who blasted a 85 off 43-balls on his 100th T20I match.

Shikhar Dhawan struck 31 off 27-balls including 4-fours and Shreyas Iyer hammered a unbeaten 24 off 13-balls included 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 184.61.

Bangladesh best bowler by Aminul Islam took 2-wickets for 29-runs in 4-overs.

Rohit Sharma named Player of the match for his sparkling batting display of scoring a 85-runs knocked off 43-balls including 6-sixes and 6-fours with strike rate of 197.67.
