Mohammad Shahzad's record-breaking century gives Afghanistan crushing four-wicket victory over Zimbabwe and wrap up 2-0 lead in the second ODI.

Mohammad Shahzad's 131* was the highest score by an Afghanistan batsman in One-day internationals, surpassing the previous record of 129 held by Nawroz Mangal against UAE at ICCA Dubai in the last year. 8 : Mohammad Shahzad hit the most sixes in an innings by an Afghanistan batsman in One-day international cricket history, surpassing the previous record of 4-sixes jointly hit by Nawroz Mangal, Najibullah Zadran and Mohammad Nabi. Zimbabwe's 253 was their third highest score against Afghanistan in One-day internationals. Afghanistan's 254 was their fifth highest score against Zimbabwe in One-day internationals. Mohammad Shahzad became the third Afghanistan batsman to score a hundred against Zimbabwe in One-day internationals after Mohammad Nabi and Usman Ghani.

Zimbabwe scored 253-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by Craig Ervine struck 73 off 98-balls including 7-fours & a six.

Peter Moor scored 50 off 51-balls including 5-fours & 3-sixes, Hamilton Masakadza scored 47 off 64-balls included 4-fours and Richmond Mutumbami 21.

Afghanistan best bowler by Dawlat Zadran picked up 3-wickets, Debutant Rokhan Barakzai - who took 2-wickets on his debut ODI match and Mohammad Nabi takes 2-wickets.

Afghanistan chased 254-6 in 47.4 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Shahzad 131 not out - which was his 4th ODI hundred and his first century against Zimbabwe in ODIs.

Mohammad Nabi cracked a 33 off 36-balls including 4-fours, Noor Ali Zadran scored 31 off 52-balls included 3-fours and Mirwais Ashraf 26 not out.

Zimbabwe best bowler by Elton Chigumbura picked up 3-wickets for 32-runs in 7-overs, Sikandar Raza and Graeme Cremer both took one wickets.

Mohammad Shahzad named Player of the match for his match-winning batting performance to scored a record unbeaten 131-runs knocked off facing 133-balls including 7-fours and 8-sixes.
