  • India's 298 was their joint seventh highest score against South Africa in One-day internationals.
  • Rohit Sharma's 150 was his third highest score for India in One-day international and the second highest-score by an Indian batsman against South Africa in ODIs after Sachin Tendulkar's unbeaten 200.
  • 149 : Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane set up the fourth highest second-wicket partnership for India against South Africa in One-day internationals.

South Africa massive total of 303-5 in 50 overs with top scorer by AB de Villiers 104 not out - which was his 21st ODI hundred ODI and his fourth century against India in ODIs.

Faf du Plessis struck 67 off 77-balls including 5-fours and a six, Hashim Amla scored 37 off 59-balls included 3-fours.

Farhaan Behardien blasted a unbeaten 35 off 19-balls including 5-fours & a six with strike rate of 184.21 and Quinton de Kock hit 29 off 33-balls included five-fours and JP Duminy 15.

India best bowler by Amit Mishra, Umesh Yadav both took two-wickets and one for Ravichandran Ashwin.

India scored 298-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by Rohit Sharma 150 off 133-balls - which was his 8th ODI hundred & his first century against South Africa in ODIs - including 13-fours and 6-sixes with strike rate of 112.78.

Ajinkya Rahane struck 60 off 82-balls included five boundaries, MS Dhoni hit 31 off 30-balls included a boundary and Shikhar Dhawan scored 23 off 28-balls with 5-fours.

South Africa best bowler by Imran Tahir, Kagiso Rabada both takes two-wickets, Farhaan Behardien, Morne Morkel and Dale Steyn each took one-wickets.

AB de Villiers named Player of the match for his sensational batting performance to smashed a rapid 104-runs knocked off facing 73-balls including 5-fours and 6-sixes with strike rate of 142.46.
