Sri Lankan opener batsman Kusal Perera equalled a 17-ball joint second fastest fifty ever in One-day international cricket history and became the joint fastest fifty for Sri Lanka's in ODIs.
Kusal Perera 17-ball fifty equalled with Sanath Jayasuriya against Pakistan at Singapore in 1996 and Martin Guptill against Sri Lanka at Christchurch in 2015.
Kusal Perera scored flurry 68-runs knocked off facing just 25-balls including thirteen-fours and two-sixes helped to Sri Lanka successfully chased 288 against Pakistan in the second ODI match at Pallekelle.
