Pakistan scored 296-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Hafeez struck a run-a-ball 80 including 8-fours and a six, debutant Babar Azam who scored 54 off 60-balls on his debut ODI match included four boundaries, Azhar Ali scored 46, Anwar Ali 38 not out and Sarfraz Ahmed 25.
Zimbabwe best bowler by Sikandar Raza picked up 3-wickets for 59-runs from 9 overs, Chris Mpofu took 2-wickets and one for Graeme Cremer.
Zimbabwe scored 68 in 9 overs with top scorer by Chamu Chibhabha scored 39 not out off 27-balls including four boundaries and Azhar Ali scored unbeaten 28 off 27-balls included 3-fours.
