Half-centuries from Joe Root and Eoin Morgan guided England crushing four-wicket victory over Pakistan, despite a historic century from Sarfraz Ahmed and wrap up 2-0 lead in the second ODI.

Pakistan 2-3 to scored 251 for all-out in 49.5 overs with top scorer by Sarfraz Ahmed 105 off 130-balls - which was his 2nd ODI hundred and his first century against England in ODIs - including six boundaries

Imad Wasim scored a unbeaten 63 off 70-balls included 5-fours and a six, Babar Azam hit 30 off 33-balls included five-fours and Shoaib Malik 28.

England best bowler by Chris Woakes, Mark Wood both picked up 3-wickets, Liam Plunkett took 2-wickets and one for Adil Rashid.

England chased 255-6 in 47.3 overs with top scorer by Joe Root 89, Eoin Morgan struck 68 off 80-balls including nine boundaries.

Ben Stokes blasted a 42 off 30-balls including 6-fours and a six with strike rate of 140 and Moeen Ali 21 not out

Pakistan best bowler by Imad Wasim took 2-wickets, Mohammad Amir, Wahab Riaz and Hasan Ali each took one-wickets.

Joe Root named Player of the match for his match-winning brilliant 89-runs knocked off facing 108-balls including five boundaries.
