Alzarri Joseph's four-for before Nicholas Pooran's fifty, Forties from Kieron Pollard and Hayden Walsh and Sheldon Cottrell struck a historic six off penultimate ball to West Indies clinched a dramatic one-wicket victory over Ireland and took an unbeatable 2-0 lead to seal the series in a nail-biter game of the second ODI.

Match Stats : 
  • West Indies chased 238 was their second highest successful run-chase against Ireland in One-day internationals.
  • Sheldon Cottrell became the first No.11 batsman finish off a run-chase by hitting a six in One-day internationals history.
  • Ireland's 237 was their third highest score against West Indies in One-day internationals.

Ireland scored 237-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Paul Stirling struck 63 off 79-balls including 7-fours and a six.

Simi Singh scored 34 off 50-balls including 3-fours, Kevin O'Brien hit 31 off 26-balls included 4-fours & a six with strike rate of 119.23.

William Porterfield scored 29 off 46-balls including 4-fours and Barry McCarthy 17 not out.

West Indies best bowler by Alzarri Joseph 4-32, Sheldon Cottrell picked up 3-wickets and one for Khary Pierre.

West Indies chased 242-9 in 49.5 overs with top scorer by Nicholas Pooran struck 52 off 44-balls including 6-fours with strike rate of 118.18.

Hayden Walsh scored a unbeaten 46 off 67-balls including 4-fours, Kieron Pollard hammered a 40 off 32-balls included 4-sixes and 2-fours, Shai Hope 25, Khary Pierre 18 and Alzarri Joseph 16.

Ireland best bowler by Simi Singh picked up 3-wickets, Barry MacCarthy, Andy Balbirnie both took 2-wickets and one for Boyd Rankin - Mark Adair.

Alzarri Joseph named player of the match for his brilliant bowling performance to claimed a another 4-wickets for 32-runs in 10-overs.
