Matthew Hayden cracked a 75 off 89 deliveries included five-fours & 3-sixes and Michael Clarke 27.
India best bowler by Sreesanth picked up 3-wickets, Irfan Pathan took two-wickets and one for Zaheer Khan.
India scored 222 for all-out in 47.3 overs with top scorer by MS Dhoni struck 58 off 88-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours.
Robin Uthappa cracked a 41 off 30-balls including 4-fours and two-sixes, Rahul Dravid scored 31 off 48-balls included 3-fours & a six, Ramesh Powar 17 and Sachin Tendulkar 16.
Australia best bowler by Brad Hogg picked up 3-wickets, Stuart Clark, Michael Clarke both took two-wickets and one for James Hopes - Mitchell Johnson.
Brad Haddin named Player of the match for his brilliant batting batting performance to scored a unbeaten 87 off 69-balls including 8-fours and 3-sixes with striking rate of 126.08.
