Ireland scored 221-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Jeremy Bray 113 - which was his 2nd ODI hundred, Andrew White struck 28 off 48-balls including 3-fours.
Eoin Morgan cracked a 21 off 27 deliveries included four boundaries, Trent Johnston scored 20 and Dave Langford-Smith 15.
