Australia best bowler by Glenn McGrath picked up 3-wickets, Nathan Bracken took two-wickets and one for Shaun Tait.
Australia chased 106-0 in 13.5 overs with top scorer by Adam Gilchrist cracked a unbeaten 59 off 44-balls including 8-fours & a six and Matthew Hayden scored a 47 not out off 39-balls included 3-sixes and 3-fours.
Glenn McGrath named Player of the match for his brilliant bowling attack to picking up 3-wickets for 16-runs in 5-overs.
