Masterclass Sachin Tendulkar's another century led to India emphatic six-wicket victory over Australia and clinch the title in the Coca-Cola Cup final match of a three-nation tournament.

* Sachin Tendulkar celebrated his 25th birthday with another century as India won the 1998 Coca-Cola Cup.

* Sachin Tendulkar followed his fluent 142 against the same opposition with an impressive 134 as India overhauled Australia's 272 for nine with nine balls to spare.

* This was India's first win over Australia in a one-day international tournament final, having lost world series finals in 1986 and 1991 and the three-nation final in Delhi in 1998.

* Sachin Tendulkar completed the demolition of Australia, notching up a massive tally of 1130 runs in 12 innings during their twin tour of India and Sharjah in 1998.

* 275 : This was India's fifth highest successful run-chase in ODIs and their highest run-chase against Australia in One-day Internationals.

Australia scored 272-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Darren Lehmann blasted a 59-ball 70-runs including five-fours & a six with strike rate of 118.64.

Steve Waugh struck 70 off 71-balls included four-fours & a six, Adam Gilchrist hit 45 off 60-balls including six-fours, Micheal Bevan scored 45 off 63-balls included two-fours and Damien Martyn 16.

India best bowler by Venkatesh Prasad, Hrishikesh Kanitkar, Ajit Agarkar each took two-wickets and one for Anil Kumble.

India chased 275-4 in 48.3 overs with top scorer by Sachin Tendulkar 134 - which was his 15th ODI hundred and his fourth century against Australia in ODIs.

Mohammad Azharuddin struck 58 off 64-balls including five-fours, Nayan Mongia scored 28 and Sourav Ganguly 23.

Australia best bowler by Damien Fleming and Michael Kasprowicz both took two-wickets in their 10-overs.

Sachin Tendulkar named Player of the match for his match-winning elegant 134-runs knocked off facing 131-balls including 12-fourd and 3-sixes.

Sachin Tendulkar earned player of the series for leading run-scorer, including 2-centuries and a fifty in the 1998 Coca-Cola Cup tournament.

Damien Fleming named bowler of the series for leading wicket-taker.
