The Pace and bounce attack from Glenn McGrath and Shaun Tait guided Australia ease nine-wicket victory over Ireland and reached the semi-final in the one-sided game of the World Cup Super Eights match.
Ireland scored 91 for all-out in 30 overs with top scorer by John Mooney struck 23 off 44-balls including two-fours, Trent Johnston scored 17 and Kevin O'Brien 16.
Australia best bowler by Glenn McGrath, Shaun Tait both picked up 3-wickets, Andrew Symonds, Brad Hogg and Stuart Clark each took one-wickets.
Australia chased 92-1 in 12.2 overs with top scorer by Adam Gilchrist struck 34 off 25-balls including four boundaries, Michael Hussey scored a unbeaten 30 off 41-balls included 3-fours & a six and Andrew Symonds 15 not out.
Ireland best bowler by Trent Johnston took one wicket for 18-runs in 3-overs.
Glenn McGrath named player of the match for his pace bowling attack to picked up 3-wickets for 17-runs in 7-overs.
