New Zealand scored 259-5 in 50 overs with top scorer by Nathan Astle struck 78 off 125-balls including six-fours and a six, Chris Cairns cracked a 56 off 50-balls included five-fours & a six, Craig McMillan hit 43 off 63-balls included one-four & a six.
Chris Harris blasted a 10-ball 26-runs including two-sixes and a four with strike rate of 260, Adam Parore 22 not out and Stephen Fleming 20.
Australia best bowler by Ian Harvey takes two-wickets, Adam Dale and Shane Warne each took one-wickets.
Australia chased 261-5 in 47.5 overs with top scorer by Tom Moody 63, Michael Bevan struck 57 off 64-balls including 2-fours and a six, Mark Waugh cracked a unbeaten 34 off 28-balls included 2-fours & a six, Steve Waugh hit 32 off 45-balls with 3-fours, Darren Lehmann 26 and Damien Martyn 16.
