Michael Hussey fifty before heroic Bret Lee and Nathan Hauritz guided to Australia last-ball tense two-wicket victory over Pakistan and enter into the semi-final in the low-scoring thriller of the Champions Trophy Group A match.
Pakistan scored modest total of 205-6 in 50 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Yousuf struck 45 off 69-balls including 3-fours.
Kamran Akmal scored 44 off 63-balls included six boundaries, Misbah-ul-Haq cracked a 41 off 53-balls with four-fours, Shoaib Malik scored 27, Younis Khan 18 and Shahid Afridi 15.
Australia best bowler by Shane Watson, Mitchell Johnson both took two-wickets and one for Brett Lee - James Hopes.
Australia chased 206-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Michael Hussey 64, Ricky Ponting struck 32 off 64-balls including a boundary, Tim Paine scored 29 and Shane Watson 24
Pakistan best bowler by Saeed Ajmal, Mohammad Asif both takes two-wickets, Shoaib Malik, Umar Gul, Naveen-ul-Hasan and Shahid Afridi each took one-wickets.
Michael Hussey named player of the match for his match set up innings of 64 off 87-balls including six-fours and a six.
