The pace and bounce bowling attack from Glenn McGrath and Shaun Tait combined seven-wickets helped to Australia cruise 7-wicket victory over South Africa and march into final in a one-sided game of the second final of a Cricket World Cup.

South Africa scored modest total of 149 for all-out in 43.5 overs with top scorer by Justin Kemp cracked a unbeaten 49 off 91-balls including four-fours and a six, Herschelle Gibbs struck 39 off 49-balls included six boundaries and AB de Villiers 15.
Australia best bowler by Shaun Tait claimed a career-best 4-wicket haul for 39-runs in 10-overs, Glenn McGrath picked up 3 for 18, Nathan Bracken, Brad Hogg and Shane Watson each took one-wickets.
Australia chase 153-3 in 31.3 overs with top scorer by Michael Clarke cracked a unbeaten 60 off 86-balls including eight boundaries, Matthew Hayden struck 41 off 60-balls included four-fours, Ricky Ponting scored 22 of 25-balls with 5-fours and Andrew Symonds 18 not out.
South Africa best bowler by Shaun Pollock, Andre Nel and Charl Langeveldt each took one-wickets.
Glenn McGrath named Player of the match for his excellent bowling attack to took three key wickets to Australia restricted South Africa to 149 for all-out.
