Australia chased 248-3 in 47.2 overs with top scorer by Ricky Ponting struck 86 off 106-balls including 11-fours, Michael Clarke cracked a unbeaten 55 off 63-balls included two-fours.
Matthew Hayden scored 41 off 50-balls with six boundaries, Andrew Symonds cracked a run-a-ball 28-runs including four-fours & a six and Adam Gilchrist scored 27.
England best bowler by Andrew Flintoff and Paul Collingwood each took one-wickets.
Shaun Tait named Player of the match for his excellent bowling performance to picking up 3-wickets for 41-runs in 10-overs.
