Tillakaratne Dilshan's century and Angelo Mathews' fifty leads to Sri Lanka cruising to via DLS method seven-wicket victory over New Zealand, despite a BJ Watling's 96* and wrap up 2-0 lead in a rain-truncated game of the third ODI.

* 71* : BJ Watling and Nathan McCullum set up the second highest seventh-wicket partnership for New Zealand against Sri Lanka in One-day internationals.

* 127* : Tillakaratne Dilshan's and Angelo Mathews set up the joint highest fourth-wicket partnership for Sri Lanka against New Zealand in One-day internationals, jointly with 127 held by Romesh Kaluwitharana and Arjuna Ranatunga at Dhaka in 1998 and the joint eighth highest fourth-wicket stand for Sri Lanka in ODIs.

New Zealand scored 199-6 in 33-overs - due to rain match reduced 50 to 33-overs per side - with top scorer by BJ Watling cracked a unbeaten 96 off 88-balls including 12-fours with strike rate of 109.09, James Franklin scored 26 and Nathan McCullum 22 not out.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Jeevan Mendis takes two-wickets, Angelo Mathews, Lasith Malinga and Nuwan Kulasekara each took one-wickets.

Sri Lanka chased 200-3 in 31.1 overs - due to rain revised target of 197 in 33-overs with top scorer by Tillakaratne Dilshan 102 not out - which was his 14th ODI hundred.

Angelo Mathews cracked a unbeaten 54 off 47-balls including seven boundaries and Kumar Sangakkara 15.

New Zealand best bowler by Nathan McCullum, Kyle Mills and Tim Southee each took one-wickets.

Tillakaratne Dilshan named player of the match for his match-winning masterclass unbeaten 102-runs knocked off facing 95-balls including 12-fours and a six.
