Australia scored 141-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Michael Hussey 47 not out, Steve Smith struck 27 off 18-balls including 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 150, David Warner and Michael Clarke both scored 16-runs.
Bangladesh best bowler by Shakib Al Hasan, Mashrafe Mortaza both took two-wickets and one for Mohammad Ashraful - Abdur Razzak.
Bangladesh scored 114 for all-out in 18.4 overs with top scorer by Shakib Al Hasan struck a run-a-ball 28-runs with a boundary, Mushfiqur Rahim 24, debutant Jahurul Islam - who scored 18 off 12-runs on his debut T20I match and Shafiul Islam 16.
Australia best bowler by Dirk Nannes claimed 4-wicket haul for 18-runs in 4-overs, David Hussey takes 2-wickets for 8-runs in 2-overs, Steve Smith took two-wickets and one for Shaun Tait - Ryan Harris.
Michael Hussey named Player of the match for his rapid unbeaten 47-runs knocked off facing 29-balls including 4-fours and a six with strike rate of 162.06.
