  • 112* : Kevin Pietersen and Eoin Morgan set up the record fourth-wicket partnership for England in T20 international, previously held by the 100-run stand between Kevin Pietersen and Paul Collingwood against Zimbabwe at Cape Town in the inaugural 2007 World Twenty20.
  • Pakistan's 129 was their joint second lowest score in the completed innings in T20 international and It is their worst-total against England in T20Is, previous lowest was 137 at The Oval in the 2009 World Twenty20.
  • Eoin Morgan became the third England batsman to score a fifty against Pakistan in T20 internationals after Marcus Trescothick and Kevin Pietersen.

Pakistan scored 129-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Shoaib Malik struck 33 off 26-balls including 3-fours, Fawad Alam 23 and Abdul Razzaq 22.

England best bowler by Graeme Swann, Stuart Broad, Tim Bresnan each took 2-wickets and one for Luke Wright.

England chased 130-3 in 20 overs with top scorer by Eoin Morgan 67 not out and Kevin Pietersen cracked a run-a-ball 43-runs included 3-fours.

Pakistan best bowler by Yasir Arafat and Abdul Razzaq both took one-wickets.

Eoin Morgan named Player of the match for his match-winning magnificent unbeaten 67-runs knocked off facing 51-balls including 7-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 131.37.
