South Africa best bowler by Kyle Abbott picked up 3-wickets for 21-runs in 4-overs, Ryan McLaren, Wayne Parnell and Imran Tahir each took one-wickets.
South Africa chased 145-3 in 19 overs with top scorer by debutant Rilee Rossouw - who scored 78 off 50-balls on his debut T20I match and Quinton de Kock struck 46 off 39-balls including 4-fours & a six.
Australia best bowler by Pat Cummins, Doug Bollinger and Cameron Boyce each took one-wickets.
Rilee Rossouw named Player of the match for his match-winning rapid 78-runs knocked off facing 50-balls including 7-fours and 3-sixes with strike rate of 156.
