Shaiman Anwar century inspired to UAE comprehensive 30-run victory over PNG and took a unassailable 2-0 lead to clinch the three-match series in the second T20 international.
* Shaiman Anwar's 117* was the third highest individual score from an Associate nation in T20Is and joint eighth overall.
* Shaiwan Anwar hammered a 60-ball century and became the first UAE batsman to score 100 in T20Is.
* Shaiman Anwar scored 65% of them - the fifth-highest percentage of runs scored by a batsman in a single T20I innings.
UAE scored 180-3 in 20 overs with top scorer by Shaiman Anwar blasted a unbeaten 117-runs off 68-balls including 10-fours and 6-sixes with strike rate of 172.05 and Rameez Shahzad 29 not out.
PNG best bowler by Norman Vanua took two-wickets and one for John Reva.
PNG scored 150 for all-out in exact 20 overs with top scorer by Jace Vare struck 38 off 36-balls including 2-fours.
Sese Bau cracked a 30 off 22-balls included 2-fours & a six, Lega Siaka blasted a 25 off 14-balls including 2-fours & a six and Tony Ura hit 20 off 13-balls included four boundaries.
UAE best bowler by Mohammad Naveed picked up 3-wickets for 18-runs in 4-overs, Amjad Javed takes 3-wickets, Rohan Mustafa, Imran Haider and Ahmed Raza each took one-wickets.
