New Zealand take the three-match series with 2-0 after Bay Oval game washout in the third T20I.
West Indies scored 25-1 in 2.1 overs - due to rain match-stopped with top scorer by Brandon King 11, Kyle Mayers 5 not out and Andre Fletcher 4 not out.
New Zealand best bowler by Lockie Ferguson took 1-wicket for 13-runs in 1-over.
