South Africa scored 180-5 in 40 overs - due to the delay caused by overnight downpour - with top scorer by Daryll Cullinan retired for 70 off 81-balls including 5-fours.
Jonty Rhodes scored 40 off 42-balls including 4-fours, Brian McMillan 24 and David Richardson 17 not out.
West Indies best bowler by Winston Benjamin takes 2-wickets, Curtly Ambrose, Carl Hooper and Kenny Benjamin each took one-wickets.
West Indies scored 139 for all-out in 37 overs with top scorer by Phil Simmons struck 29 off 39-balls including 4-fours, Desmond Haynes 28, Carl Hooper 17, Anderson Cummins 17 and Kieth Arthurton 16.
