* This is the Bangladesh's first ever ODI win at home venue in 36 matches.
Bangladesh scored 229-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Aftab Ahmed struck 67 off 98-balls including 5-fours & a six, Mashrafe Mortaza 31 not out, Mohammad Ashraful 28, Khaled Mashud 20, Habibul Bashar 17 and Khaled Mahmud 17.
India best bowler by Ajit Agarkar, Murali Kartik, Zaheer Khan each took 2-wickets and one for Sridharan Sriram.
India scored 214 for all-out in 47.5 overs with top scorer by Sridharan Sriram struck 57 off 91-balls including seven boundaries.
Mohammad Kaif 49 off 56-balls - who fell one-run short of his half-century - including 5-fours, Joginder Sharma hammered a unbeaten 29 off 22-balls included 4-fours with strike rate of 131.82 and Sourav Ganguly 22.
Bangladesh best bowler by Tapash Baisya, Mashrafe Mortaza, Khaled Mahmud and Mohammad Rafique each took 2-wickets.
Mashrafe Mortaza named Player of the match for his all-round performance to took 2-wickets for 36-runs in 9-overs including two maidens after scoring a valuable unbeaten 31 off 39-balls included 3-fours and a six.
