All-round Fabian Allen guided West Indies tense three-wicket victory over Sri Lanka and clinch the three-match series with 2-1 in a low-scoring game of the third T20I.
Sri Lanka scored 131-4 in 20 overs with top scorer by Dinesh Chandimal struck 54 off 46-balls including 3-fours.
Ashen Bandara cracked a unbeaten 44 off 35-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes and Angelo Mathews 11.
West Indies best bowler by Fabian Allen, Kevin Sinclair, Jason Holder and Obed McCoy each took one-wickets.
West Indies chased 134-7 in 19 overs with top scorer by Lendl Simmons hammered a 26 off 18-balls including 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 144.44.
Nicholas Pooran scored 23 off 18-balls including 2-sixes, Evin Lewis hit 21 off 18-balls included 3-fours & a six and Fabian Allen 21 not out.
Sri Lanka best bowler by Lakshan Sandakan picked up 3-wickets for 29-runs in 4-overs, Wanindu Hasaranga and Dushmantha Chameera both took 2-wickets.
Fabian Allen named Player of the match for his match-winning all-round performance to smashed a unbeaten quick-fire 21 off 6-balls including 3-sixes with strike rate of 350 after his economical bowling to took 1-wicket for 13-runs in 4-overs with economy rate of 3.25.
