Ireland best bowler by Craig Young claimed a 4-wickets for 18-runs in 9.2-overs including two maidens, Josh Little 4-39, Andy McBrine and Barry McCarthy both took 2-wickets.
Ireland chased 158-2 in 43 overs with top scorer by Andy Balbirnie cracked a unbeaten 63 off consuming 127-deliveries including six boundaries.
Paul Stirling struck 52 off 64-balls including 6-fours and Harry Tector scored a unbeaten 30 off consumed 59-deliveries included three boundaries.
Netherlands best bowler by Logan van Beek and Pieter Seelaar both took one-wickets.
