Australia's 4-run win was their joint third smallest victory by terms of runs in T20 internationals, it is their 3rd time win by 4-runs and Australia's narrowest win against West Indies in T20Is. Their previous narrowest victory by 38-runs at Hobart in 2010. Mitchell Marsh hammered a 24-ball his fastest fifty for Australia in T20 international and the third fastest fifty by an Australian batsman against West Indies in T20Is. 114 : Aaron Finch and Mitchell Marsh set up the record second-wicket partnership for Australia against West Indies in T20 international, previously held by the 108-run stand between Shane Watson and Michael Hussey at same venue in 2012 and Australia's joint second highest second-wicket partnership in T20Is, jointly 114-run stand held by between Aaron Finch and Shaun Marsh against England at Southampton in 2013.

Australia scored 189-6 in 20 overs with top scorer by Mitchell Marsh 75, Aaron Finch hammered a 53 off 37-balls including 5-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 143.24 and Dan Christian 22 not out.

West Indies best bowler by Hayden Walsh picked up 3-wickets for 27-runs in 4-overs, Andre Russell, Oshane Thomas and Fabian Allen each took one-wickets.

West Indies scored 185-6 in 20 overs with top scorer by Lendl Simmons hammered a 72 off 48-balls including 10-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 150.

Evin Lewis blasted a 31 off 14-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 221.42, Fabian Allen hammered a 29 off 14-balls including 3-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 207.14.

Andre Russell hammered a unbeaten 24 off 13-balls including 3-sixes with strike-rate of 184.61 and Nicholas Pooran 16.

Australia best bowler by Mitchell Marsh 3-24, Adam Zampa took 2-wickets and one for Riley Meredith.

Mitchell Marsh named Player of the match for his all-round performance to picked up 3-wickets for 24-runs in 4-overs after smashing a career-best 75-runs knocked off facing 44-balls including 6-sixes and 4-fours with strike rate of 170.45.
