Norway scored 112-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Waqas Ahmed cracked a unbeaten 32 off 36-balls including 3-fours.
Raza Iqbal hit 24 off 22-balls included 4-fours and Sher Sahak 12.
France best bowler by Dawood Ahmadzai, Rahmatullah Mangal, Noman Amjad each took 2-wickets and one for Usman Shahid.
France chased 113-6 in 19.3 overs with top scorer by Suventhiran Santhirakumaran 34, Usman Shahid 28 and Noman Amjad 24.
Norway best bowler by Raza Iqbal took 2-wickets and one for Waqas Ahmed - Prithvi Bhart.
Suventhiran Santhirakumaran named Player of the match for his match-winning superb 34 off 39-balls including 5-fours.
