India best bowler by Kapil Dev picked up 3-wickets for 37-runs in 10-overs including three maidens, Dilip Doshi, Karsan Ghavri both took 2-wickets and one for Kirti Azad.

India scored 220 for all-out in 48.5 overs with top scorer by Dilip Vengsarkar struck 66 off 77-balls including 6-fours.

Sandeep Patil 48 off 53-balls - who fell two-run short of his half-century - including 3-fours & 2-sixes, Roger Binny scored 35 off 52-balls included 5-fours and Kirti Azad 19.

New Zealand best bowler by Jeremy Coney 3-28, Martin Snedden picked up 3-wickets and one for Richard Hadlee.

Jeremy Coney named Player of the match for his all-round performance to picked up 3-wickets for 28-runs in 10-overs including a maiden.
