David Miller and Rassie van der Dussen's power-hitting fifties powers to South Africa's record seven-wicket victory over India and take a 1-0 lead in a high-scoring epic game of the first T20I.

Shreyas Iyer struck 36 off 27-balls including 3-sixes & a four, Hardik Pandya hammered a unbeaten 31 off 12-balls included 3-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 258.33.

Rishabh Pant blasted a 29 off 16-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 181.25 and Ruturaj Gaekwad hit 23 off 15-balls included 3-sixes with strike rate of 153.33.

South Africa best bowler by Wayne Parnell, Dwaine Pretorius and Anrich Nortje each took one-wickets.

South Africa chased 212-3 in 19.2 overs with top scorer by Rassie van der Dussen blasted a unbeaten 75 off 46-balls including 7-fours & 5-sixes with strike rate of 163.04.

David Miller hammered a unbeaten 64 off 31-balls, Dwaine Pretorius cracked a 29 off 13-balls included 4-sixes & a four with strike rate of 223.07 and Quinton de Kock 22.

India best bowler by Axar Patel, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Harshal Patel each took one-wickets.

David Miller named Player of the match for his match-winning power-hitting batting performance to smashed a unbeaten 64-runs knocked off 31-balls including 5-sixes & 4-fours with strike rate of 206.45.
