Bas de Leede hit 34 off 41-balls including 2-fours & a six, Logan van Beek cracked a unbeaten 30 off 36-balls included 2-sixes, Teja Nidamanuru 28, Shane Snater 17 not out and Tom Cooper 17.
England best bowler by David Willey, Adil Rashid took 2-wickets and one for Liam Livingstone - Brydon Carse.
England chased 239-4 in 36.1 overs with top scorer by Phil Salt hammered a 77 off 54-balls including 9-fours with strike rate of 142.49.
Jason Roy struck 73 off 60-balls, Moeen Ali cracked a unbeaten 42 off 40-balls including 5-fours & a six and Dawid Malan scored a unbeaten 36 off 50-balls included one-six & a four.
Netherlands best bowler by Aryan Dutt took 2-wickets and one for Tom Cooper - Tim Pringle.
Jason Roy named Player of the match for his matchp superb 73-runs knocked off facing 60-balls 13-fours & a six.
