USA scored 245-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by Gajanand Singh struck 58, Sushant Modani scored 54 off 83-balls including 7-fours.
Aaron Jones cracked a 43 off 60-balls including 3-fours, Saiteja Mukkamalla hit 36 off 52-balls included 3-fours, Nisarg Patel 18 not out and Cameron Stevenson 16 not out.
Nepal best bowler by Karan KC picked up 3-wickets, Sandeep Lamichhane took 2-wickets and one for Dipendra Singh Airee - Sompal Kami.
Nepal scored 206 for all-out in 47.4 overs with top scorer by Aarif Sheikh struck 63 off 76-balls including 3-fours.
Sompal Kami scored 47 off 72-balls including a boundary, Dev Khanal hit 34 off 47-balls included 2-fours & a six, Aasif Sheikh 18 and Rohit Paudel 16.
USA best bowler by Ali Khan picked up 3-wickets for 32-runs in 8.4-overs including a maiden, Saurabh Netravalkar took 3-wickets and one for Nosthush Kenjige - Nisarg Patel.
Gajanand Singh named Player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to scored a 58 off facing 60-balls including 5-fours & a six.
