Lorne Burns' record-breaking maiden five-wicket haul sets up to Spain registered their historic first T20I win against Guernsey by easy 8-wickets in a one-sided game of the fourth match of a Triangular series.
* Lorne Burns' 5 for 11 was the best bowling figures for Spain in T20 international cricket history, surpassing the previous record of 4 for 28 held by Tom Vine against Malta at Cartagena in 2019.
* Lorne Burns became the first Spain bowler to claimed a five-wicket haul in T20 international cricket history.
Guernsey scored 78 for all-out in 18 overs with top scorer by Josh Butler 16, Matthew Stokes 16 and Ben Ferbrache 14.
Spain best bowler by Lorne Burns 5-11, Mohammad Kamran took 2-wickets, Zulqarnain Haider, Yasir Ali and Charlie Rumistrzewicz each took one-wickets.
Spain chased 80-2 in 12.2 overs with top scorer by Awais Ahmed hammered a 42 off 29-balls including 6-fours & a six, Trembeath-Moro 14 not out and Yasir Ali 13 not out.
Guernsey best bowler by Matthew Stokes and David Hooper both took one-wickets.
Lorne Burns named Player of the match for his record-breaking bowling performance to claimed a career-best 5-wicket haul for 11-runs in 4-overs.
