Nepal best bowler by Gulshan Jha picked up 3-wickets for 28-runs in 9-overs, Kushal Malla takes 2-wickets, Sompal Kami and Karan KC both took one-wickets and Debutant Pratis GC - who took 1-wicket on his debut ODI match.
Nepal chased 207-6 in 45.2 overs with top scorer by Kushal Bhurtel struck 56 off 69-balls.
Aasif Sheikh cracked a 44 off 39-balls including 5-fours, Aarif Sheikh scored 33 off 62-balls included a boundary.
Dipendra Singh Airee scored 22 off 43-balls including a boundary and Rohit Paudel hit 20 off 21-balls included 2-fours.
PNG best bowler by Assad Vala picked up 3-wickets for 37-runs in 10-overs, Sese Bau and Norman Vanua both took one-wickets.
Kushal Bhurtel named Player of the match for his match-winning brilliant 56-runs knocked off facing 69-balls including 5-fours.
