Nikhil Dutta scored 56 off 82-balls, Debutant Harsh Thaker - who hit 27 off 47-balls included one-six & a four.
Debutant Ravinderpal Singh - who scored a unbeaten 21 off 18-balls on his debut ODI match - including one-six & a four.
Jersey best bowler by Charles Perchard picked up 3-wickets for 38-runs in 10-overs including a maiden, Benjamin Ward, Julius Sumerauer both took 2-wickets and one for Anthony Hawkins-Kay.
Jersey scored 207 for all-out in 47.5 overs with top scorer by Josh Lawrenson struck 66 off 101-balls including four boundaries.
Nick Greenwood struck 59 off 70-balls including 5-fours & 2-sixes, Jonty Jenner scored 20 off 23-balls included 2-fours and Harrison Carlyon hit 18 off 21-balls including 3-fours.
Canada best bowler by Jeremy Gordon picked up 3-wickets for 30-runs in 8.5-overs, Debutant Saad Bin Zafar - who took 3-wickets on his debut ODI match, Nikhil Dutta took 2-wickets.
