A masterly 140 by Glenn Turner led New Zealand to an easy 116-run win over Sri Lanka in a one-day cricket game in Auckland.

Turner's innings, the highest by a New Zealander this season, lifted the home side to a mammoth 304 for five wickets off 50 overs. reply, Sri Lanka, after a slow start, could score only 188 for six.
