Spinner Kuldeep Yadav's three-wicket haul before Suryakumar Yadav's blistering 44-ball 83 and Tilak Varma's superb unbeaten 49 helped to India morale-boosting seven-wicket victory over West Indies and keep alive the series in the third T20I.

Suryakumar Yadav equalled a 23-ball his joint third fastest fifty for India in T20 international and the joint third fastesy-fifty by an Indian batsman against West Indies in T20Is, jointly with Rohit Sharma. Suryakumar Yadav became the third Indian batsman to hit 100 sixes in T20 international after Rohit Sharma (182) and Virat Kohli (117) and overall the 14th player in T20Is. Suryakumar Yadav's 83 was the second highest score by an Indian batsman in West Indies in T20 international and the seventh highest-score by an Indian batsman against West Indies in T20Is. 87 : Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma set up the fifth highest third-wicket partnership for India against West Indies in T20 internationals.

West Indies scored 159-5 in 20 overs with top scorer by Brandon King cracked a run-a-ball 42-runs including 5-fours & a six, Rovman Powell hammered a unbeaten 40 off 19-balls included 3-sixes & a four with strike rate of 210.52.

Kyle Mayers hit 25 off 20-balls including 3-fours & a six and Nicholas Pooran hit 20 off 12-balls included 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 166.66.

India best bowler by Kuldeep Yadav picked up 3-wickets for 28-runs in 4-overs, Mukesh Kumar and Axar Patel both took one-wickets.

India chased 160-3 in 17.5 overs with top scorer by Suryakumar Yadav hammered a 83 off 44-balls.

Tilak Varma cracked a unbeaten 49 off 37-balls including 4-fours & a six and Hardik Pandya scored a unbeaten 20 off 15-balls included one-six & a four.

West Indies best bowler by Alzarri Joseph took 2-wickets and one for Obed McCoy.

Suryakumar Yadav named Player of the match for his  match-winning blistering 83-runs knocked off facing 44-balls including 10-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 188.63.
