Henry Nicholls hit 44 off 57-balls including three boundaries, Finn Allen 9, Tom Blundell and Cole McConchie each scored a unbeaten 8.
Bangladesh best bowler by Mustafizur Rahman picked up 3-wickets for 27-runs in 7-overs including a maiden and Nasum Ahmed took 2-wickets.
