Sean Abbott and Nathan Ellis' three-wicket haul before Opener Matthew Short and Captain Mitchell Marsh's whirlwind fifties powers to Australia emphatic eight-wicket victory over South Africa and took an unassailable 2-0 lead to seal the series in the second T20I.

Australia best bowler by Sean Abbott 3-22, Nathan Ellis picked up 3-wickets for 25-runs in 4-overs including a maiden and Jason Behrendorff took 2-wickets.

Australia chased 168-2 in 14.5 overs with top scorer by Mitchell Marsh hammered a unbeaten 79 off 39-balls including 8-fours & 6-sixes with strike rate of 202.56.

Matthew Short blasted a 66 off 39-balls including 7-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 220 and Travis Head hit 18 off 17-balls included 4-fours.

South Africa best bowler by Lizaad Williams and Tabraiz Shamsi both took one-wickets.
