India scored 211-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Kapil Dev struck 41 off 50-balls including 2-fours & a six.

Kris Srikkanth cracked a 40 off 56-balls including 4-fours, Mohinder Amarnath hit 29 off 63-balls included two boundaries, Mohammad Azharuddin scored 28 off 57-balls without a boundary and Raman Lamba 18.

West Indies best bowler by Courtney Walsh, Winston Benjamin, Curtly Ambrose each took 2-wickets and one for Malcolm Marshall.

West Indies scored 174 for all-out in 46.4 overs with top scorer by Malcolm Marshall struck 40 off 47-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours.

Richie Richardson cracked a 39 off 55-balls including a six, Jeff Dujon scored 37 off 61-balls included a four and Keith Arthurton 16.

India best bowler by Kapil Dev, Arshad Ayub, Ajay Sharma each took 2-wickets and one for Manoj Prabhakar - Ravi Shastri.

Kapil Dev named Player of the match for his all-round performance to took 2-wickets for 19-runs in 7.4-overs including a maiden with economy rate of 2.47.
