New Zealand chased 296-3 in 46.2 overs with top scorer by Henry Nicholls cracked a 95 off 99-balls - who fell five-run short of his century - including 8-fours & a six.
Will Young struck 89 off 94-balls including 8-fours & 2-sixes, Rachin Ravindra blasted a 45 off 33-balls included 7-fours & a six with strike rate of 136.36.
Tom Latham hit a unbeaten 34 off 32-balls including 4-fours and Tom Blundell scored a unbeaten 24 off 20-balls included one-six & a four.
Bangladesh best bowler by Hasan Mahmud took 2-wickest and one for Shoriful Islam.
Soumya Sarkar named Player of the match for his record-breaking batting performance to smashed a career-best 169-runs knocked off facing 151-balls including 22-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 111.92.
