Ajay Sharma blasted a 29 off 22-balls with strike rate of 131.81 and Mohammad Azharuddin scored 27 off 36-balls.

West Indies best bowler by Ian Bishop claimed a 4-wickets for 46-runs in 10-overs including a maiden, Curtly Ambrose took 2-wickets and one for Viv Richards.

West Indies chased 240-2 in 43.2 overs with top scorer by Gordon Greenidge hammered a 117 off 123-balls - which was his  11th ODI hundred and his third century against India in ODIs.

Richie Richardson hit a unbeaten 58 off 93-balls, Desmond Haynes hit 42 off 68-balls and Jeff Dujon 11 not out.

India best bowler by Ajay Sharma took one-wicket for 47-runs in 10-overs.

Gordon Greenidge named Player of the match for his match-winning power-hitting batting performance to smashed a 117-runs knocked off facing 123-balls including 8-sixes and 7-fours.
