Pakistan scored 258-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by Aamer Malik struck 75 off 119-balls including 5-fours.
Imran Khan hammered a unbeaten 67 off 41-balls and Javed Miandad scored 38 off 78-balls included two boundaries.
West Indies best bowler by Curtly Ambrose picked up 3-wickets for 39-runs in 10-overs, Ian Bishop took 2-wickets and one for Malcolm Marshall.
West Indies scored 203 for all-out in 40.4 overs with top scorer by Gordon Greenidge cracked a 46 off 79-balls including 4-fours.
Malcolm Marshall blasted a 39 off 33-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 118.18, Desmond Haynes hit 26 off 28-balls included 5-fours, Viv Richards, Carl Hooper each scored 18-runs and Richie Richardson 17.
Pakistan best bowler by Wasim Akram picked up 3-wickets for 27-runs in 7-overs, Imran Khan, Aaqib Javed both took 2-wickets and one for Aamer Malik - Saleem Malik.
Imran Khan named Player of the match for his all-round performance to took 2-wickets for 42-runs in 9.4-overs after scoring a whirlwind unbeaten 67 off 41-balls including 7-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 163.41.
