* Rohit Sharma hammered a 64-ball slowest century for India in T20 international, beating his own record of 62-ball century against South Africa at Dharamsala in 2015 and the second fastest hundred by an Indian batsman against Afghanistan in T20Is after Virat Kohli's 53-ball century at Dubai in the 2022 World Twenty20.
* Rohit Sharma became the first batsman to scored five hundreds in T20I cricket history, surpassing the previous record of 4-centuries jointly hit by Glenn Maxwell and Suryakumar Yadav.
