Opener Anil Shah's record-breaking 19-ball fastest fifty, Captain Rohit Paudel's superb 87 and Dev Khanal's career-best 76 sets up to Nepal's record-equal run chase of 286 against Canada and took an unassailable 2-0 lead to seal the series in a high-scoring game of the second ODI.

Match Stats :  Nepal chased 286 was their joint highest successful run-chase in One-day international, jointly their 286 chase against Namibia at same venue in the last year. Anil Shah hammered a 19-ball fastest fifty for Nepal in One-day internationals, surpassing the previous record of 21-ball half-century held by Jatinder Singh against against Oman at Al Amerat in 2021. Nepal's 287 was their joint fourth highest score in One-day internationals and It is their highest total against Canada in ODIs, previous highest was 224 at same venue earlier in this series. Canada's 285 was their fifth highest score in One-day international and It is their highest total against Nepal in ODIs, previous highest was 217 at same venue earlier in this series' opening match.

Canada scored 285-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Aaron Johnson cracked a 65 off 62-balls, Navneet Dhaliwala scored 46 off 60-balls including 8-fours, Shreyas Movva struck 40 off 42-balls included 4-fours, Pargat Singh cracked a run-a-ball 38-runs contained 6-fours.

Uday Bhagwan hit a unbeaten 20 off 15-balls including one-six & a four and Dilpreet Bajwa scored 19 off 20-balls contained 2-fours & a six.

Nepal best bowler by Rohit Paudel, Kushal Malla both took 2-wickets, Pawan Sarraf, Aakash Chand, Surya Tamang and Sompal Kami each took one-wickets.

Nepal chased 287-6 in 45.1 overs with top scorer by Rohit Paudel struck 87 off 101-balls including 8-fours & 4-sixes.

Dev Khanal cracked a 76 off 81-balls including including 7-fours & 2-sixes, Anil Shah hammered a 50 off 20-balls included 7-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 250.

Bhim Sharki scored 23 off 21-balls contained 4-fours and Pawan Sarraf hit 14 off 8-balls including 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 175.

Canada best bowler by Ishwarjot Sohi, Harsh Thaker both took 2-wickets and one for Dilpreet Bajwa - Saad Bin Zafar.

Rohit Paudel named Player of the match for his match-winning all-round performance to scored match-winning superb 87 off 10-balls including 10-fours & 2-sixes after taking 2-wickets for 32-runs in 8-overs.
