22-year-old Indian young left-handed opener batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal produced a remarkable batting performance to smashed a career-best blistering unbeaten 214-runs knocked off facing 236-balls including 14-fours and word record-equal 12-sixes helped to India take the mammoth 556-run 2nd innings lead in the second innings against England at Rajkot.
* Yashasvi Jaiswal became the first Indian batsman to scored two double centuries against England in Test cricket history.
* Yashasvi Jaiswal plundered 214* was his highest score for India in Test matches and the seventh highest-score by an Indian batsman against England in Tests.
* 12 : Yashasvi Jaiswal hit the most sixes in an innings for India in Test cricket history, surpassing the previous record of 8-sixes jointly hit by Navjot Sidhu against Sri Lanka at Lucknow in 1994 and Mayank Agarwal against Bangladesh at Indore in 2019 and the joint most-sixes hit by any batsman in an innings in Test cricket, jointly with Wasim Akram's 12-sixes against Zimbabwe at Sheikhupura in 1996.
