Rashid Khan's 4 for 14 was his fifth best bowling performance for Afghanistan in T20 international and his third best-bowling-figures against Ireland in T20Is. Ireland's 142 was their joint seventh lowest score in a completed innings against Afghanistan in T20 international and It is their second worst-total at Sharjah in T20Is after their 125 against Namibia in 2021.

Sediqullah Atal cracked a 35 off 32-balls including 2-fours & a six and Rashid Khan blasted a 25 off 12-balls.

Ireland best bowler by Mark Adair picked up 3-wickets for 27-runs in 4-overs, Josh Little, Barry McCarthy both took 2-wickets and one for Ben White.

Ireland scored 142-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Andy Balbirnie struck 45 off 44-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes.

Gareth Delany hammered a 39 off 18+balls including 4-sixes & 3-fours with strike rate of 216.66 and Paul Stirling hit 24 off 15-balls included 5-fours with strike rate of 160.

Rashid Khan named Player of the match for his all-round performance to claimed a 4-wickets for 14-runs in 4-overs after scoring a quick-fire 25 off 12-balls including 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 208.33.
